Faussocial Market (“we”) operates this marketplace. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the site, create an account, fund a wallet, trade, or contact us.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, username, email, password (hashed), optional phone and profile details.
- Transaction data: wallet deposits and payouts, order amounts, escrow events, listing metadata.
- Trade chat: messages in an order room, including credentials the seller delivers for that order.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser data, and security logs needed to run the site.
- Support: messages you send through the contact form or email.
2. How we use it
- To operate accounts, listings, escrow, disputes, and customer support
- To process payments and payouts through third-party processors
- To prevent fraud, off-platform contact exchange, and abuse
- To meet legal, tax, and payment-partner requirements
3. Payment processors
When you deposit or withdraw, the selected processor (which may include CamPay, KoraPay, and Cryptomus) receives the information needed to complete that payment. Their privacy notices apply to data they process as independent controllers or processors. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
4. Sharing
We share data with hosting and email providers, payment processors, and—if required—authorities. Other users see the profile and listing information you publish, and the other party to a trade sees messages in that trade room. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as the account is open and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; we may retain records we must keep.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted credential stock, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Enable a strong unique password. We may require additional verification for payouts or high-risk activity.
