Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Faussocial Market (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The Platform

Faussocial Market provides a marketplace and escrow service for digital accounts and similar digital products listed by independent resellers. We do not guarantee that any listing is available, that a seller will perform, or that a third-party platform will allow an account transfer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Accounts you may list or buy

Sellers represent that each listed account:

• is owned by the seller, or the seller has a lawful right to transfer it;
• was not obtained by hacking, phishing, credential stuffing, malware, or other unauthorized access;
• is described honestly (platform, credentials, extras); and
• is not offered in order to commit fraud, money laundering, or other crime.

Buyers must only use purchased accounts in ways that are lawful and consistent with the destination platform’s rules. Selling or buying stolen or unauthorized accounts is prohibited and will result in removal, escrow reversal where appropriate, and account suspension.

4. Wallet, escrow, and fees

Wallet balances are denominated in USD. Deposits may be converted by a payment processor (for example CamPay, KoraPay, or Cryptomus) according to the rates and fees shown at checkout. A buyer fee of 0.00% and a seller fee of 5.00% may apply unless the operator changes those rates. Escrow is released to the seller when the buyer confirms delivery, or as decided in a dispute. Escrow is returned to the buyer when an order is cancelled or expired before credentials are shared, or when a dispute is refunded.

5. Trades

Each purchase opens a timed trade room. The current default timer is 15 minutes. Sellers must deliver working credentials inside the room. Copying credentials does not by itself entitle the buyer to an instant refund. Off-platform deals (asking to pay or deliver outside the Platform) are prohibited and may be detected and sanctioned.

6. Disputes

If an account is invalid or not as described, the buyer may open a dispute from the order. The seller or an administrator may refund the buyer or release escrow to the seller after review. Our decision on disputes is final for Platform balances. Payment-processor chargebacks are handled separately by those processors.

7. Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering
• Stolen, hacked, or unauthorized accounts
• Circumventing escrow, fees, or chat moderation
• Abusing payment methods, chargebacks, or stolen cards
• Attempting to attack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform

8. Liability

The Platform is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Faussocial Market is not liable for lost profits, lost accounts after a completed trade, or third-party platform bans. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount of Platform fees collected on that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
